New to the acclaimed program, The Spa at Pelican Hill will now offer one-day or two-day retreats throughout the year as personalized “Build Your Own Retreat” options, making the transforming mind, body and spirit experience more accessible to busy locals and visitors alike.
“Through the first year of our Balanced Wellness retreats, we have seen how human touch and the genuine goodness of gracious service can transform people’s lives while experiencing Pelican Hill’s private, retreat-like setting on 500 peaceful, pristine coastal acres,” said Spa Director Liza Esayian. “In its second year, we are making this valuable retreat more accessible to those who benefit from it most, but have not yet comprehensively engaged the wellness potential of their mind, body and spirit.”
Designed to inspire, teach and impart simple techniques that result in a more balanced and fruitful lifestyle, Pelican Hill’s Balanced Wellness program helps participants make lasting lifestyle changes by listening to the body and instilling healthier habits of living for optimal inner contentment and well-being. From motivational, interactive discussions to exercise and cooking demonstrations led by Ashley Borden, guests can explore their own personal potential, learn practical life improvements, develop a new philosophy of personal health and fitness, and a create a permanent course for a more positive and balanced life.

Pricing starts at $795 per person for a one-day retreat without overnight accommodations or $1,190 per person for a one-day, one-night retreat with ocean-view Bungalow accommodations.
