Tucker’s Point Club, Bermuda’s most exclusive resort, residential and private club community is gearing up for the April 2009 opening of the Tucker’s Point Hotel & Spa and the 10,000 square foot spa is already beginning to take shape. Recently appointed spa directorPaul Telford created and will oversee all of the spa’s distinctive offerings. Inspired by the island’s flora and natural surroundings, the treatments will incorporate native elements such aloe, hibiscus, and honey from a local beekeeper.
The on-site men’s and women’s salons will feature international luxury products from St, Germaine-de-Capuccini (www.germaine-de-capuccini.us) for all facial treatments. The Italian brand Hommage (www.hommage.com) will be the main product line used for other treatments in the men’s salon.
The 1,900 square foot fitness center features state-of-the-art cardio and weight lifting machines, including Life Fitness and Tough Stuff brands, while outdoor aerobics, yoga, and Tai Chi classes will be offered on an elevated lawn overlooking the lush Coffee Chine grotto.
