With the Sydney International Food Festival starting in October, the Waterbar is hosting mixologists from all over Sydney to mix up delicious cocktails and canapés . If guests want a delectable treat made especially by the renowned mixologists at the Waterbar, then the “Sweet Sensation” is the perfect choice. Crafted with Chambord, vodka, caramel liquor, grapefruit and pineapple juices served tall over crushed ice, and perfectly paired with a Parisian prawn ceviche canapé with lemon, shallot, thyme, avocado and a berry coulis.
For jetsetters who enjoy health and fitness, Blue now has an exciting and healthy way to experience the breathtaking sights of Sydney. Blue is now the only hotel in Sydney with bikes. Blue’s new bikes are used exclusively by guests to ride around Woolloomooloo and its stunning surroundings. Two vintage style “fixie” bikes will be at the front of the hotel and can be booked, even with a picnic lunch.
Blue has an activity for everyone this spring, and for those who love sports the Waterbar is hosting an extravagant Melbourne Cup event. For the past two years, party-goers have enjoyed the excitement of sports with the luxury of the Waterbar.
