Hold your meeting in an elegantly appointed meeting room with a wood-burning fireplace and let your VIPs anticipate relaxing fireside in the privacy of their own suite at the end of a long and productive day. Your bonus: confirm and host a fireside meeting event by March 31, 2011, and you’ll also gain a five-percent credit to your bill. The landmark hotel at Arlington and Newbury streets overlooking the Public Garden features 40 guest suites and two town-house-style meeting rooms with inviting wood-burning fireplaces.
