A tangy vodka-based concoction with Midori, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and a dash of grenadine, the Fullerton Hairpin is served in a fiery red glass for those ready to amp it up in high gear.
This September, toast to the speed, adrenaline, and excitement of the Formula 1 race to be held in Singapore for the first time ever.
Plus, it will be the first time a Formula 1 race is held at night—the ideal setting for enjoying a cocktail such as the Fullerton Hairpin.
The inspiration for this concoction’s name came directly from the extremely dangerous “hairpin” turn on the Formula 1 course in front of The Fullerton.
Inside the hotel, enjoy life in the fast lane at Post Bar. While Post Bar’s interior is sleek and trendy, with underlit honey onyx bar tables and standing artichoke cardboard lamps, it possesses design elements dating back to 1928, with the original wall motifs and ceiling from the days when the General Post Office’s transaction hall was housed here.

Recipe: Fullerton Hairpin 1 oz Vodka 1/3 oz Midori 1/3 oz Peach Schnapps 1 oz Pineapple Juice 2 oz Cranberry Juice A dash of Grenadine Strawberries Lime wedges
Shake all the ingredients together. Muddle one strawberry in the glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with strawberry and lime wedges.
