The InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort has been redefining the luxury resort experience ever since its opening in June this year. Earthy hues, colorful regional textiles, rattan furnishings and distinctive local décor frame the 168 classic and premium rooms, 16 Atrium Suites with large terraces and daybeds, six villas and four penthouses with private pools and sundecks, two Spa Lagoon Retreat Villas and one Royal Residence By The Sea, which comes with a separate dining area, bar and private pool. All rooms come adorned with smart and chic amenities that cater to the business- and leisure-minded alike.
The resort’s prized possession comes in the form of gourmet French dining restaurant, La Maison 1888. Helmed by three-star Michelin chef Michel Roux, every item on the menu has a stated pedigree. Other dining options include Citron, which offers an alternative dining experience with private dining booths that seem to hang over the hillside, and Barefoot Café, a beachfront dining retreat.
Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the properties expansive list of entertainment and recreation options that offers every kind of ocean and rainforest related activity, as well as the world-acclaimed Montgomerie and Danang golf clubs. The luxurious, Thai-based Harnn Heritage Spa is set to begin treatments in October and will have its full opening in December.
