Austin, Texas – Reported by Elite Traveler, the private jet lifestyle magazine
Formula VIP Events announced today that tickets are now on sale for its multi-faceted series of prestigious nightclubs, lounges, fine dining, entertainment, music, art and fashion shows during the 2012 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix race weekend, November 16-18, 2012. Formula VIP Events will host Blu at the W at the highly acclaimed W Austin Hotel and Gold at the Four at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Austin, offering unique high-end events for visiting race enthusiasts and Texas residents wanting to take part in the high-octane excitement.
“With so many race fans gathering in Austin, Blu at the W and Gold at the Four will offer exclusive entertainment and dining environments that will complement the action at the track,” said Ian Weightman, founder of Formula VIP Events. “The type of atmosphere we are creating will help propel Austin into the international premier league of motor race locations, providing compelling all-inclusive venues where visitors, locals, celebrities and VIPs can have fun while enjoying incredible food and entertainment.”
Blu at the W will be the most enticing place for sophisticated downtown action beyond the track. With a contemporary vibe driven by dramatic custom blue lighting, this venue will be home to the Blu Nightclub, 24-hour Lounge and Blu Fashion Show produced by Linda Asaf; complemented by High Octane Breakfasts and a nightclub theme brunch.
The Blu Nightclub will feature some of the nation’s leading lounge and dance DJs who will be the centerpiece of this late night venue with flowing champagne, drinks and gourmet food and a team of hosts and hostesses to pamper VIP members.
Gold at the Four, taking place inside the elegant Four Seasons Hotel, will host a variety of upscale events centered around fine dining and live music performances, including the VIP Race Ball, International Banquet, Prohibition-themed Race after-party, Jazz and Cocktail Brunch, and Art Show.
The VIP Race Ball will include a pre-dinner cocktail hour, 5-course meal, live music by Soul Track Mind and dancing; the International Banquet will feature an 8-course meal with food and wine from different competing F1 nations, live music and drinks; and the Prohibition Party will take guests back to a Speakeasy 1920’s world where prohibition era cocktails and menu will be served, followed by a swing-style concert by White Ghost Shivers and late-night dancing to sounds through the decades.
All Access Memberships to each location or a combination of both, along with Single Event tickets, are on sale now.
