White Truffle Brilliance at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

Tosca celebrates the white truffle season with an extravagant 6-course dinner menu from the month of November. Known as “Diamond of the Kitchen”, white truffle is highly sought-after for its earthy and subtle aroma and is only in-season for a limited period every year. Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra presents the finest white truffles from Italy and devised an irresistible menu featuring these gastronomic gems. “Fall is the white truffle season in Italy. At Tosca, we invite guests on an elevated journey for the senses and to explore the time-honored Italian culinary traditions”, said Chef Pino.

“Cauliflower risotto with fennel pork sausage” is a wonderful interpretation of the classic white truffle recipe. The intensely flavorful white truffle shavings enhance the aromatic profile of the dish and make it a perfect treat for the season. Acclaimed for his innovative approach to culinary excellence, Chef Pino once again delights guests with the delectable and beautifully arranged “Deconstructed white truffle cheese cake”.  Other highlights include “Veal tongue with parsley sauce and roots salad”, “Cartellata cookie with onion, soft egg and buffalo mozzarella cheese fondue”, “Poached pigeon breast with corn muffin, egg mushroom and crispy leg” and “Vanilla white truffle semifreddo poached on coffee with truffle pearls”. Priced at HK$3,980+10% per person, the exquisite white truffle menu created by Chef Pino Lavarra promises to take fine dining experience to the next level. Pairing wines are available at a special supplement of HK$1,200+10% per person.

To enjoy the white truffle season to the fullest, Tosca’s celebrated Sunday Brunch also presents “Your Very Own Whole White Truffle” where guests can get a whole piece of white truffle and have it generously shaved on their favorite dishes from the scrumptious buffet spread. “Your Very Own Whole White Truffle” is available every Sunday from 11am to 3pm from November onwards.
