Residences, ranging in size from 1,200 to 3,700 square feet, will feature private plunge pools and breathtaking views of the crystalline Caribbean and Fountain Cavern National Park, a protected reserve guaranteed not to be developed. In the works for the luxe resort are an array of first-class facilities, including bars and restaurants, infinity-edge pools, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art fitness center with an outdoor yoga terrace. A 24-hour concierge and a bespoke Zemi Beach iPad app will allow residents to book restaurant and spa appointments whenever they want, wherever they happen to be.
