Liquid has never mixed well with watches – until now. HYT’s range combines liquid with mechanics and its H1 model was named best innovative watch at 2012’s Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.
HYT Watches CEO and partner Vincent Perriard says: “It’s the principle of when you have Italian cuisine and you put olive oil in. If you put water into your olive oil they will separate. The mechanism of the watch is the power to move the liquids to indicate the time.”
