When the Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living in London’s Park Lane underwent an extensive £75 million refurbishment earlier this year, the redesign endeavored to replicate elements of the original Grosvenor House – the former residence of the Duke of Westminster.
Elements of the original house, which was known for its grand arrival hall, sweeping staircase, grand fireplace and magnificent chandelier, have been brought into the 21st century with a glass atrium, scenic lifts and modern interpretations of the fireplace and chandelier.
