This new timepiece marks the first time Japanese brand Grand Seiko offers a mechanical chronograph. Created in titanium, the watch is equipped with the new Caliber 9SC5 Hi-Beat movement that beats 10 times per seconds to ensure precision timing. It is packed with an unprecedented three days of power reserve, even when the chronograph is activated. The caliber also houses the brand's proprietary Dual Impulse Escapement that transfers the energy in two ways: indirectly through the pallet fork and directly from the escape wheel.
