In typical Jacob & Co style, the brand masterfully brings together haute joaillerie with haute horlogerie in a mystery watch that shimmers from every angle. The new 50mm Mystery Twin Central Tourbillons watch is free from traditional hands. Instead, two rubies on the inner diamond rings act as the hour and minute hands, while sapphires on the outer ring of diamonds mark the hours. The five rings of diamonds are tiered, rising higher toward the center, where a circular opening displays two linked central triple-axis tourbillons. The innermost row of diamonds features seemingly jagged cuts that hang out over the center - almost like peering over the edge into the heart of a volcano. In total, nearly 560 diamonds weighing 33.1 carats decorate the timepiece.

Jacob Arbo, founder of Jacob & Co, emigrated to the USA in search of a better life but instead ended up making life better for multitudes of people through the creation of reliable and riveting timepieces. After his father gifted Jacob his first watch aged 13, Jacob did not just admire its mechanism and prize it but sought to instill the same happiness that he received from this gift onto others. The result are watches that are filled with ambition, passion and love that live up to Swiss standards of high jewelry making. After three years in the making, Jacob & Co launched the Jean Bugatti in 2022. A masterpiece, the dial of the watch recalls the appearance of the 1930s Type 57 SC Atlantic Bugatti roadster grill, while the complexity of the double-retrograde chronograph, digital jumping counters and two one-minute flying tourbillons build on the intricacies that differentiate the brand. It's captivating Astronomia Sola, featuring a three-dimensional solar system, atomic curves and astrological symbols is similarly stunning, while the Astronomia Art amazingly presents a tentacled time piece with an octopus rippling through its center.
