This year Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is welcoming families for the holy month of Ramadan.
The annual period of fasting begins June 18 and ends July 18 2015. Similar to previous years, the exotic seaside retreat located along the shimmering shores of the Red Sea offers an Iftar (dinner) buffet at Arabesque Restaurant and serves a variety of oriental salads, chilled local seafood, roast spring lamb and beef.
Alternatively, if guests choose to stay in their rooms during Iftar time, Four Seasons offers a special In-Room Dining menu, an ideal option for quiet, private dining. Guests can indulge in the resorts offerings including the Bedouin breakfast, featuring stewed broad beans, olives, cheese and tahina or nasi goreng, a dish composed of spicy fried rice, crispy chicken, satay and fried egg.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of aromatic shishas, traditional drinks and desserts at the Nafoura Lounge while indulging in a special a la carte Suhoor (breakfast) menu.
While guests break their fast with authentic Lebanese and Egyptian dishes – including tabouleh, hummus and Arabian sweets – children can take part in an abundance of activities ranging from art classes, sports and movie nights underneath the stars.
“It is a real ultimate Ramadan journey, where guests can unwind from the daily routine of life by the shores of the Red Sea, spending some quality time with their beloved ones” said Maria Jagla, General Manager.
