23 Instagram Worthy Champagne Cocktails

Much like red wine, Prosecco is good for your health too. Research from Reading University found Prosecco contains high levels of polyphenols helping to purify blood through the body, and as a result, helping to increase blood flow.

Nothing’s more satisfying and refreshing than a divine concoction of your favorite ingredients and a good dash of bubbly to top it off. And since we’re edging closer to the New Year, what better way than to celebrate with a gorgeous champagne cocktail?

1. Pink Champagne Cocktail

There are countless ways to make a pink champagne cocktail, but this one’s too easy to pass up. All you need is a glass of champagne, a dash of cranberry juice and a floral garnish to top it off. Perfection.

2. Passion Fruit Fizz

Tart and sweet, this fruity cocktail will send you straight back to the beach hammock. Scoop the nectar from a fresh passion fruit and mix with champagne, raspberries, an orange slice and a sprinkle of bitters to finish it off.

3. Cotton Candy Madness 

We promise, this cocktail looks as good as it tastes. Top a glass of sparkling with a generous handful of cotton candy and carefully pour champagne over the top. The colorful reaction and sweet flavors will have you hooked. A great desert beverage indeed…

4. Strawberry Bellini

The best thing about a strawberry bellini? You only need two ingredients. Grab a handful of strawberries and whizz in a blender until smooth. Carefully pour the Prosecco over the puree and stir gently. Enjoy.

Calling all gin lovers. Gin, sugar syrup and tons of fresh lemon juice make up this wonderful tipple. Mix the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Garnish with fresh lemon peel. A fabulous choice as an aperitif.

A simple and tasteful cocktail to try. Blend a handful of ripe berries and add a tiny dollop of puree to each glass (depending on how sweet you want it). Gently mix the ingredients together and add a handful of blueberries to each glass. You can’t go wrong with blueberries!

7. Sparkling Lemonade with Candied Citrus

Lemonade, candied citrus and ice cold champagne…yes, we’re listening. The core to this tipple is the candied orange, but trust us, it has more uses than you think. As well as making a lovely garnish, the left over syrup you get also plays a large part in the drink itself. Find the recipe here.

8. Jardin de Fluers 

This wonderfully refreshing cocktail requires only a few key ingredients; lemon juice, raspberries, gin and a few dashes of rose water. Don’t forget the sparkling rose though…it’s the perfect start to every evening.

This one’s sure to win a sweet lover’s praise. Pop some rhubarb and maple syrup over the hob and cook until soft. Blend the ingredients until smooth and allow the puree to cool down for up to an hour. Now it’s time to serve it up! If you want to go alcohol free simply switch the Prosecco with apple juice and sparkling water. It’s a delightful treat either way.

10. Pear, Ginger-Sage Mimosas 

A mimosa with a spicy twist. Ginger, pear and a dash of sage all you need to make this drink stand out. The recipe was created with the season in mind ensuring all the ingredients are locally sourced, from the fresh pears, right down to the honey.
