Located on the top of Rincon Hill in San Francisco, the Harrison is the SoMa neighborhood’s newest luxury high-rise. Now, in addition to its one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, the development has revealed its $60m Signature Collection of 17 penthouses spanning the top six floors of the 49-story building.
Sitting 500ft above street level, these half-floor and corner penthouses command panoramic views over the city skyline and marina through their floor-to-ceiling windows and from each one’s open-air balconies. Siberian oak floors, Carrara marble countertops, Studio Becker Ash Molina cabinetry and Bertazzoni and Sub-Zero amenities feature throughout each residence, along with herringbone tile bathroom floors and Waterworks brass fixtures.
The two penthouses on the 46th floor were then designed and furnished by Summer Chapin and Maxime Jacquet of Premier Stagers. Both of these model penthouses pay homage to the Harrison’s designer Ken Fulk while also making the most of their natural light, open-concept and far-reaching views. Here you can find custom artworks by emerging artist Alexander Partman, including a Jean Michael Basquiat inspired painting and an art installation featuring a vintage Triumph motorcycle and custom graffiti trunks accompanied by a limited edition Louis Vuitton helmet.
Residents of the Signature Collection have access to the Harrison’s luxury amenities too, including its 49th-floor penthouse lounge and speakeasy Uncle Harry’s, a private dining room, grand entry salon, pantry valet, fitness center, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the service of the Harrison’s dedicated concierge.
Hana Cha, managing director of Compass Development, says: “The Harrison’s Signature Collection ushers in a new era of luxury penthouse living in the heart of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhood. These extraordinary move-in ready penthouses offer residents everything one could desire in a downtown residence, from breath-taking views to an unrivaled level of service.”
The Signature Collection penthouses are priced from $3m to $8.8m. theharrisonsf.com.
