Just in time for the holidays, Air Charter Service has launched an exclusive new private jet package to Lapland in which up to 10 travelers will be given the opportunity to experience the ultimate VIP white Christmas.
Taking place from December 23rd to 27th, 2017, the four-night trip will take in the snowy subarctic wilderness of northern Finland where the region’s famously breath-taking scenery is met with unique festive experiences and the chance to stay in a luxury log chalet.
After being transported to Lapland by private jet and chauffeur driven to the prestigious ski resort Levi, each night will be spent at the hilltop seven-bedroom Villa Laavu log chalet with a private chef on hand, fireplaces to cozy up by and a private sauna.
With traditional Finnish decorations adorning the space, guests will have the time to bake cookies, decorate the chalet’s Christmas tree and play snow games with a visiting elf, before heading out on a reindeer-pulled sleigh ride to receive Christmas presents from Santa in a forest hut and embark on a snowshoe safari in search of the Northern Lights. A specially prepared Christmas feast will then be laid on back at the chalet.
To experience Lapland’s local traditions, guests then have the chance to meet the native Sami reindeer herders and hear about their nomadic history, wrap up in thick blankets for a husky sled ride and take part in an ice-fishing lesson using traditional techniques to catch the pike and perch in the frozen lakes. Any additional time can be spent on a tour of an ice gallery, on a tobogganing excursion and ice-driving in a Porsche or BMW rally car.
The Lapland Christmas package is priced from $194,263 for 10 people, travelling on board a Gulfstream G-IV private jet. For more information, go over to aircharterserviceusa.com.
