The building itself is inspired by the coco de mer – a native palm tree of the Seychelles archipelago known for its distinctive double-coconut shape. There’s also an array of sessions on offer to help you fully relax and unwind, from meditation to guided breathwork classes.
As for food, there are six restaurants and bars dotted throughout Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island including chef Jane Therese Mulry’s Creole-Latin eatery and an upscale Mediterranean fine dining restaurant showcasing an assortment of locally sourced seafood. And, if you’re looking for something a bit more laid-back, Lalin is an excellent spot for watching the sunset with cocktails and tapas-style sharing plates.
