Swedish ‘Chef of the Year’ Bjorn Frantzén, recipient of two Michelin stars, is to host a three day pop-up restaurant from September 16 to 18 at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
Chef Frantzén’s acclaimed Restaurant Frantzén features an astonishing array of ingredients – 95% of them are sourced from Sweden including vegetables and herbs from the restaurants’ own garden. One of Frantzén’s signature dishes, the satio tempestas, changes everyday and is composed of not less than 39 seasonal ingredients to offer his guests a true flavor of the season.
To guarantee the freshness of the meat, Frantzén even breeds some animals such as lamb himself, ensuring they are fed the best fodder.
Genuine gourmet food lovers will have an exclusive opportunity to enjoy an authentic dining journey featuring the signature dishes of Frantzén in Hong Kong.
At a price of HK$2,688 per person (subject to 10% service charge), connoisseurs of fine cuisine will have a chance to experience a seven-course dinner with a glass of champagne and Chef Frantzén’s signature canapés in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. The event will be held exclusively from 16 to 18 September at the Tian and Di function rooms.
