A $5 million lavish duplex penthouse designed by one of America’s top designers is being sold at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe.
Just a three-hour drive from San Francisco, Lake Tahoe is the perfect escape for the ski season with its serene atmosphere and snow-capped mountains.
The $5 million property is the crown jewel of the ownership residences available at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe resort.
Designed by renowned interior designer Jay Jeffers, the duplex penthouse features four bedrooms, a home theater, a terrace with a two-sided fireplace, and 180 degree views of Sierra Crest, Martis Valley and Carson Range.
Jeffers, who has designed another two penthouses at the resort, was named as one of the country’s top designers by ELLE Décor Magazine. He was engaged by international real estate investment and services company Kennedy Wilson to conceptualize the design, look and feel for the model homes at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, which bring cosmopolitan style to the mountains.
In addition to the properties designed by Jeffers, another 20 penthouses are located at resort.
Thirteen of the units, which are perched mid-mountain at Northstar and range in size from 1,554 – 3,407 square feet, are still available, and are being sold for between $1.25 million to $4.5 million.
Ownership benefits include a pre-arrival concierge service, valet parking, a residence concierge, ski valet services, a private entry corridor and an elevators that deliver owners to their penthouses.
In addition, residents get priority access to the resort’s exclusive facilities, services and amenities, including its 17,000-square-foot Highlands Spa, fine dining in the resort’s signature lounges and Manzanita restaurant, in-room dining, Executive Business Service Center, Ritz Kids Program, and short gondola rides to the restaurants, shops and galleries of the Village-at-Northstar.
