“Basically, the strategy for is to become a hub for Europe to Latin America,” explains Tromp.
“We’ve a highly educated population on the island. We speak four languages. Arubans speak Dutch, English, Spanish and a local language and we know Dutch culture, European culture, we know American culture.”
