Opening in July 2014 in time for the island’s summer crowd, Santa Catalina Island Company will pamper guests and locals at Island Spa Catalina, the islands first-ever resort spa. Reflecting Catalina’s rich history and seaside atmosphere, the brand new spa will offer a variety of signature treatments and rejuvenating therapies using island-grown ingredients. Island Spa Catalina will be located inside the historical El Encanto building in Avalon and feature 15,000-square feet of indoor space in addition to a variety of outdoor experiential components including a café, courtyard, soaking pool and vista deck.

Santa Catalina Island Company have recently began a 5-year, $40 million revitalization plan that will unveil the Island’s first-ever resort spa and transformation of Descanso Beach Club this year.

Island Spa Catalina’s signature treatments include:
