Having announced plans to launch its first submarine, Aston Martin continue to expand their portfolio by moving into property development. Set in downtown Miami, the 66-story waterfront tower is already in development with completion expected for 2021.
The property will feature the luxurious craftsmanship expected of Aston Martin, with each apartment featuring details such as hand-stitched leather door tabs, bespoke handles, carbon fiber furniture and residence number plate plinths.
The property features 391 waterfront condos, with seven penthouses and a singular triple penthouse, with prices ranging from $1 million through to $50 million. The work will be done in collaboration with G&G Business Developments and the Coastal Construction Group, marking the car manufacturers first move into luxury property.
The exterior of the building will feature a curved glass construction and is plotted in one of the last parcels of land available for development in downtown Miami. Initial sketches were drawn up by Revuelta Architecture and Boas Miani Anger, with proposed views across the Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean.
Those lucky enough to buy one of the properties will also enjoy a wide array of private pools and terraces. Sky Amenities will also be on offer to residents, with perks including a double-level fitness center, spinning studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, art gallery, two cinemas, full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop. There will also be a private marina offering guests access to the turquoise waters of Miami.
