The five-star resort La Réserve in Geneva is celebrated for its luxurious spa where treatments are based on the pioneering anti-aging work of Professor Jacques Proust. Now guests are being given even more reason to visit with the introduction of a new Fitness Preparation Program. Aimed at helping you to achieve peak performance in your chosen sport, the bespoke program is designed to meet the needs of all disciplines.
The state-of-the-art program uses the better-aging Nescens philosophy to help guests improve their performance for a special event, general fitness or injury recovery, combining the three complementary approaches of coaching, treatment and nutrition.
To ensure the program is tailored according to each guest’s needs, a physical evaluation and health check is undertaken by an osteopath, followed by nutritional assessment with a dietitian. The personal training and coaching is then tailored to suit the discipline specified. Throughout the program the medical expertise of the Nescens Spa team enables improvement of endurance, strength and agility.
Tailored lunches are served at the spa’s light-filled restaurant Café Lauren and access to the Nescens Spa relaxation facilities is a part of the experience. In addition to the personal fitness training, the program includes signature better-aging massages, balneotherapy sessions with essential oils and lymphatic drainage massages. Tennis players also benefit from a tennis coaching session within a framework of tennis fitness training.
The Fitness Preparation is priced at $310 on day one, then $670 per day when the program is underway. A supplement of $102 is paid per day for the tennis program. A minimum of four days is suggested.
