First-class cabins on TAM’s new Boeing 777

The Brazilian carrier launches a fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft, traveling between São Paulo and Miami or New York City’s JFK airports.
The first-class cabins have 180-degree, ergonamic flat beds and a “living room” with a couch, closets and dining table. The in-cabin library is stocked with books, periodicals and international editions of stylish Wallpaper* destination guides.
Brazilian celebrity chef Bel Coehlo created the inflight menu, which is complimented by award-winning wines selected by consultant Arthur Azevedo, Nespresso coffee service and custom-blended teas by specialist Carla Saueressing.
Designed by Priestmangoode, the cabins also have bathrooms with patterned tiles, an homage to the Copacabana sidewalks in Rio de Janeiro.

TAM’s VIP Lounge in Terminal 2 of São Paulo’s Guarulhos airport was also refreshed. It now spans nearly 6,000 square feet, and has Wi-Fi, snacks, two television lounges, a business center, showering facilities and a specially designated area for families.
