Arguably one of the most iconic cocktails, this recipe from The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland takes the classic Martini and gives it a sharp twist of raspberry, creating the Estate Martini. While it is best enjoyed in the hotel’s 1920s-inspired American Bar, you can recreate the drink at home and celebrate National Martini Day.
Ingredients
-60ml South Loch Raspberry Old Tom Gin -5ml Elderflower Cordial -15ml raspberry leaf-infused vermouth
Method
Add the gin, vermouth, elderflower and ice together in a mixing glass and stir to combine. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
