The storied hotel is not only a resplendent place to rest your head during your Paris travels, but it’s known for its culinary experiences and programming, as well as its art and cultural initiatives. Its latest endeavor is the intimate dining pop-up, Matsuhisa Niwa, helmed by executive chef Hideki Endo in collaboration with chef Matsuhisa.

The restaurant is a Japanese garden restaurant built in the middle of Le Royal Monceau that provides a culturally immersive dining experience. Up to eight guests will enjoy a seven-course tasting menu paired with Maison Ruinart champagnes with each dish.

Combining the best of French and Japanese sensibilities, chef Endo prepares Japanese-Peruvian dishes tableside so each guest has the chance to witness a mini culinary performance. Endo, a sushi master, considers chef Matsuhisa his ‘spiritual father’ and the two have collaborated closely on the menu.

Within the most Parisian hotel (Le Royal Monceau), a private Japanese garden was created to transport guests to the heart of Japan resulting in an incredibly Zen experience. Verdant greenery and beautiful decor enlighten your senses as you enjoy an evening in the beautiful setting.

The pop-up will last through July only and reservations are available Thursday and Friday.
