AL MAHARA

By Chris Boyle

Al Mahara

Style / Ambiance: The Al Mahara is typical of the vivid imagination behind the creation of Burj Al Arab.

The restaurant is not underwater and neither is the ‘submarine’ that takes you there real, but nonetheless, it is an extraordinary and unique experience dining within the vast aquarium that sets the scene for Al Mahara. Dining tables are lit by the blue glow that emanates from the aquaria and guests are never bored by watching the fish within. Needless to say the cuisine is seafood–oriented, and it is prepared impeccably with accents of both the east and west.
