Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is located within the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel and is one of the top steakhouses in all of America. From Spanish chef José Andrés, who is a James Beard Award-winner and whose restaurant Minibar by José Andrés in Washington DC was awarded two Michelin stars. As you can imagine, Bazaar Meat is designed for meat lovers and it features an open kitchen with wood grills, rotisseries, raw bars for ceviches, carpaccios and tartares. The dining room is exceptionally elegant and was designed by renowned French designer Philippe Starck. It has French elegance best displayed through a neutral color palette, glittering chandeliers and avant-garde artwork that complements chef Andrés’ out-of-the-box cuisine. Everything is presented wonderfully, like carpaccio displayed atop an animal antler. Start with small appetizer dishes, like Cotton Candy Foie Gras before you move onto cuts of kobe or wagyu beef. There are also cured meats, small sandwiches, like an elevated take on the Sloppy Joe and a S’Mores sandwich made with foie gras, chocolate and marshmallow. Veggie lovers will be delighted at how filling and delicious the vegetarian dishes are — there is truly something for everyone. You can go several times and never have the same experience twice.
