Expect dishes such as Faroe Island salmon with passion fruit, yuzu and miso, and an intimate modern space featuring a curved cherry wood bar for social dining.

Haerlin

Located within the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, this two Michelin starred restaurant combines a classically elegant dining room with the inspired dishes by chef Christoph Rüffer and his team. By playing with the flavors, aroma and composition of each dish, the chefs here aim to surprise through their menu of dishes such as Gillardeau oyster with green peas and roast onion broth, and Arctic char from Iceland with Beurre blanc warm and cold. Jacobs Restaurant

Reflecting its tagline, Simplicity at its Best, this two Michelin star restaurant specializes in creating dishes that combines French haute cuisine with regionally sourced produce. The menu includes plates such as grilled codfish with crab, leek and pistachio, and fried saddle of venison in spice coat with chanterelles, tart cherries, kohlrabi and pommes dauphine, with wine selected by the sommelier Torsten Junker.

Within the hotel, event and multi-restaurant space Hauser Süllberg, Seven Seas stands out for serving the accomplished cuisine of two Michelin starred chef Karlheinz Hauser. Truffelschwein
