The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will host two exclusive evenings with Daniel Boulud, three Michelin star chef and one of America’s leading culinary authorities, as guest chef next month.
Chef Boulud will bring his culinary team from his exquisite flagship restaurants, the three Michelin starred DANIEL in New York City and Maison Boulud in Beijing, and prepare a seven-course signature menu to delight the guests’ palette.
In collaboration with Mayfair Fine Wines, in the honorable presence of Estate Director Debra Eagle, premium wines from Hestan Vineyard will be paired with five savory courses. Guests of Amber will be the first ones in Hong Kong to enjoy an exhilarating dining experience created by two industry elites.
Experience the seven-course dinner featuring Chef Daniel Boulud’s signature dishes such as pork head cheese with horseradish and tarragon, foie gras with port wine and pistachio, abalone with lettuce, seaweed and tamaki crisp, sea buckthorn and sake-caviar beurre blanc for two evenings only on 12 and 13 September, 2013, at a price of HKD 2,688 (subject to 10% service charge).
Exceptional champagne will be served on arrival, while five premium wines from Hestan Vineyard will be available for pairing for the first time in Hong Kong.
