Quinta Real Zacatecas, one of the most singular hotels in the world, built into the grandstand of San Pedro’s beautifully restored 19th century bullring. Ingeniously preserving the character and beauty of the original structure, the restoration project received the International Architectural Award just after it was inaugurated in 1989.
Boasting 49 Suites set around the Patio—the portion of the bullring that has been converted into a beautiful colonial-style veranda finished with cobblestones, abundant flowers and a restaurant and bar—the hotel reflects the grandeur and hospitality of the city of Zacatecas itself, attracting the world’s travelers to both a different time and a different place.
