The second residential project by property developer Clivedale London, these luxury Mayfair homes are slated for completion in late 2019. The exclusive collection of one- to four-bedroom residences sits on the edge of Hyde Park, offering views of its sprawling greenery. Residents will enjoy the service and worldclass amenities of the Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, where you can retreat to the hotel’s 10,000-sq-ft health club, relax in the residents’ lounge and make use of the concierge and chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce. Fusing traditional artisanship with contemporary vision, the architectural practice PLP brought together two separate elevations to combine Georgian architecture with modern white travertine. Now, the design firm Jouin Manku is referencing the building’s history in modern interiors filled with custom-designed furnishings. The four-bedroom Piano Noble apartment reflects this mix of old and new in its light-flooded lounge and dining room, study, media room and master suite with balcony.
