The Restaurant
Located on the Royal Djurgården island in central Stockholm, AIRA presents a modern dining experience driven by seasonal Nordic ingredients and global influences. The strikingly designed space, resembling a boathouse with latticed windows and wave-like drapes, casts a natural spotlight on the culinary artistry within. Helmed by chefs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le, AIRA earned two Michelin stars for its elegant flavors and meticulous attention to detail. The open kitchen allows guests a glimpse into the chefs' work, sometimes adding finishing touches tableside. The tasting menu champions Nordic tradition, featuring top-quality ingredients prepared with well-judged flavors and textures. Arrive early to enjoy a drink on the waterside terrace, an added bonus when weather permits.
