The Restaurant
PM & Vänner in Växjö presents a modern Småland culinary experience, deeply rooted in the region's forests, meadows, and lakes. The restaurant was established in 1992 and has maintained one Michelin star since 2016, a testament to its high-quality cooking. The tasting menu showcases ambitious and sophisticated dishes, with much of the produce sourced from their own garden and bakery. PM & Vänner also holds a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainable gastronomy. The bright and airy space features wooden details and natural tones, evoking the nearby forests. With a wine list of nearly five thousand different wines, PM & Vänner is the first and only restaurant in Sweden to be awarded the Grand Award by Wine Spectator.
