The Restaurant
Palace Garden, located within the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, offers a feast for the senses, drawing inspiration from the royal gardens of Europe and China. Designed by Alan Chan, the Forbes Five-Star restaurant celebrates imperial splendor with a 35-meter-long Suzhou embroidery mural and custom-made, double-sided embroidery fans. The restaurant is known for reinterpreting imperial Cantonese cuisine for contemporary tastes, with chef Chong showcasing a dynamic, modern style and masterful techniques. Guests can enjoy a dim sum tasting menu, featuring crystal blue prawn dumplings and pork dumplings with aged mandarin peel. Palace Garden also boasts an extensive wine list, honored with the "3 Glass Award" by China's Wine List of the Year Awards for three consecutive years. As of February 2025, Palace Garden holds one Michelin star.
