The Restaurant
Palace Garden, located within the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, offers a feast for the senses, drawing inspiration from the royal gardens of Europe and China. Designed by Alan Chan, the restaurant celebrates imperial splendor with a 35-meter-long Suzhou embroidery mural and custom-made, double-sided embroidery fans. The restaurant is known for reinterpreting imperial Cantonese cuisine for contemporary tastes, with chef Chong showcasing a dynamic, modern style and masterful techniques. Guests can enjoy a dim sum tasting menu, featuring crystal blue prawn dumplings and pork dumplings with aged mandarin peel. Palace Garden also boasts an extensive wine list.
