The Restaurant

Duomo, helmed by chef Ciccio Sultano, provides an intimate culinary experience in Ragusa Ibla, a stone's throw from the Duomo di San Giorgio. The restaurant, holding two Michelin stars, is a standard-bearer for Sicilian haute cuisine. Sultano draws on his deep knowledge of the region to create some of the island's most spectacular cuisine, served within the elegant and comfortable dining rooms of Palazzo La Rocca. The dining room seats 35, welcoming guests into intimate spaces within the palazzo, known for being the set of the film "Divorce Italian Style."
