Tan, formerly of Michelin-starred Corner House, champions botanical elements, highlighting vegetables, tubers, herbs, spices, and fruits. The dining experience is designed to take guests on a culinary journey, showcasing Tan's signatures and new creations. The chef's fascination with the humble onion is hard-wired into Euphoria's DNA, influencing everything from decor to dishes. The Oignon Jamboree elevates the onion from a supporting role to the star, featuring different varieties cooked five ways and topped with caviar.
