The Restaurant
Euphoria, located on Tras Street in Singapore, presents chef Jason Tan's elevated Gastro-Botanica 2.0 cuisine within an intimate space. The restaurant earned one Michelin star for its high-quality cooking. Tan, formerly of Michelin-starred Corner House, champions botanical elements, highlighting vegetables, tubers, herbs, spices, and fruits. The dining experience is designed to take guests on a culinary journey, showcasing Tan's signatures and new creations. The chef's fascination with the humble onion is hard-wired into Euphoria's DNA, influencing everything from decor to dishes. The Oignon Jamboree elevates the onion from a supporting role to the star, featuring different varieties cooked five ways and topped with caviar. The restaurant itself, a project of JTAW Design, which was founded by Jason and his partner Arissa Wang, reflects Tan's evolution into a restaurateur.
