The Restaurant
Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia has been a cornerstone of Milanese culinary excellence for over sixty years, a testament to creativity, exceptional ingredients, and the rich history of Italian gastronomy. Founded by Aimo and Nadia, the restaurant is now led by chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, who continue to honor its legacy. The dining room offers a modern aesthetic, featuring mid-century furniture and lush greenery, while maintaining a traditionally hospitable atmosphere. Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia earned its first Michelin star in 1980 and a second in 1990; today, it holds one Michelin star, awarded in 2025. The restaurant's extensive wine list, accessible via tablet, showcases rare and carefully selected labels, complementing the tasting menu that highlights modern interpretations of Italian cuisine, with dishes inspired by the chefs' respective Lombardian and Puglian roots.
