The Restaurant
Fyn, perched five floors above Cape Town in Speakers Corner, offers a dining experience where South African ingredients meet Japanese techniques. Chef Peter Tempelhoff, alongside Ashley Moss and Jennifer Hugé, crafts innovative tasting menus appreciated by discerning diners. The restaurant's design blurs the lines between kitchen and dining room, creating an immersive environment. Fyn has garnered international recognition for its culinary excellence and commitment to sustainability. While Fyn does not currently hold any Michelin stars, it was named on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. The restaurant was also the first in Africa to earn a three-star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association's Food Made Good Standard.
