Located within Lausanne's elegant Beau-Rivage Palace, Pic Beau-Rivage Palace offers a refined dining experience overlooking the lake and the Alps. Helmed by chef Anne-Sophie Pic, whose family has a long history in French gastronomy, the restaurant has earned two Michelin stars. The dining room, redesigned by Tristan Auer, features soft hues and natural light, creating an airy and modern ambiance.
