Nobu Barcelona, perched on the 23rd floor of the Nobu Hotel, offers a sophisticated dining experience with panoramic city views, including glimpses of the Sagrada Familia and the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's globally recognized Japanese cuisine, influenced by Peruvian flavors, takes center stage. The menu blends classic Nobu dishes with creations exclusive to Barcelona, highlighting Catalan ingredients. French chef Hervé Courtot directs the kitchen and interprets Matsuhisa's recipes, giving him plenty of room to inject his own creativity. The restaurant incorporates Catalan flavors in its locally adapted menu. Nobu Barcelona does not currently hold any Michelin stars.
