The restaurant overlooks a serene koi pond and a dramatic ninety-foot waterfall, creating an elegant and tranquil ambiance. Mizumi features various dining environments, each dedicated to a specific style of Japanese cooking, including sushi, robatayaki, teppanyaki, and omakase. While Mizumi itself does not currently hold a Michelin star, chef Jeff Ramsey, appointed executive chef in January 2023, brings Michelin Star accolades and over twenty years of expertise to the recently revamped Mizumi. Ramsey's inventive techniques enhance the dining experience, refining guest favorites and introducing creative new dishes.
