The Restaurant
Matador Room, located in The Miami Beach EDITION, evokes the glamour of 1950s supper clubs with a modern sensibility. Helmed by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the restaurant offers a reimagined take on Latin cuisine, drawing inspiration from Spanish, Caribbean, and South American flavors. The dining room features a restored original chandelier suspended above a sunken oval space, reminiscent of a bygone era. The cuisine emphasizes fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, presented in both small and large plates designed for sharing. While Matador Room doesn't currently hold any Michelin stars, it provides a sophisticated culinary experience.
