The Restaurant
Located in the historic Borrego House, a landmark adobe building dating back to 1756, Geronimo offers a sophisticated dining experience on Santa Fe's Canyon Road. The restaurant does not currently have any Michelin stars. The ambiance evokes a sense of history and warmth, with interiors reminiscent of a Georgia O'Keeffe painting, featuring wood-burning fireplaces, exposed wood beams, and Native American art. Executive chef Sllin Cruz crafts a "global eclectic" tasting menu that evolves with the seasons, blending Southwestern flavors with influences from Asia and the Mediterranean. Geronimo has earned accolades such as the AAA Four Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Four Star awards, solidifying its reputation as a culinary institution.
