The Restaurant
Located in Chicago's Fulton Market District, Next offers an immersive culinary journey that defies expectations. Conceived by chef Grant Achatz, Next adopts a unique approach, transforming its entire menu and dining experience several times each year, each time exploring a different culinary theme. The restaurant has been awarded one Michelin star. Whether revisiting the elegance of Paris in 1906, or another equally evocative theme, a meal at Next is pure dinner theater. The restaurant also houses two on-site bars: The Aviary and The Office, an invite-only speakeasy. Next's innovative approach has earned it twenty-one four-star reviews from the Chicago Tribune and a James Beard Award as Best New Restaurant in America.
