The Restaurant
The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao transports diners to a serene Chinese garden with its elegant jewel tones, lattice metal gateways, and hand-embroidered silk wallpaper. Helmed by celebrity chef Zhou Xiaoyan, known as the "Godfather of Huaiyang Cuisine," the restaurant earned its first Michelin star shortly after opening. As of 2024, The Huaiyang Garden holds two Michelin stars, making it the only restaurant in Macau to have risen from one to two stars that year. Veteran chef Xiao Fei, handpicked by chef Zhou, shares the determination to reinvigorate Huaiyang cuisine, one of China's four great culinary traditions. The restaurant's design reflects the artistry of Chinese calligraphy and ink painting, paying homage to the origins of Huaiyang cuisine.
