Zass represents a truly unique gourmet experience in Positano. The restaurant has had a Michelin star since 2002 and can accommodate up to 120 guests and offers superb sea views from every table. The cuisine of Chef Alois — Belgian by origin but Italian by adoption — is strongly connected to the local area and offered with extraordinary presentation. Many of the ingredients come fresh directly from the hotel's gardens. The kitchen was renovated in 2015 and is one of the most innovative in Italy. The dining experience is complemented by a wine cellar with more than 600 labels.
