Le Calandre, situated in Rubano, is the Alajmo family's culinary headquarters. Originally opened in 1981, brothers Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo took over in 1994. In 2003, chef Massimiliano earned Le Calandre its coveted three Michelin stars, making him the youngest chef to achieve this honor at the time. The dining room, designed by the Alajmo brothers, cultivates a multisensory experience, highlighting Massimiliano's playful cuisine.
