Mraz & Sohn, a Viennese institution run by Markus Mraz and his sons Lukas and Manuel, offers a dining experience that is both sophisticated and approachable. Located in Vienna's 20th district, this family business has evolved from a local bistro to a fine dining venue, currently holding two Michelin stars. The restaurant is known for its tasting menu, a series of small courses that highlight seasonal ingredients, many sourced locally from Austria. The cuisine is extremely individual with humor, quoting Austrian classics, as well as international impressions that Lukas collected during his years abroad. The ambiance is relaxed and modern, with one of the three rooms offering a clear view into the open kitchen.
